Kyle began his career in oil and gas operations in 2004. He has held various positions of increasing responsibility with both public and private operating companies with expertise in technical and business development matters. Kyle is a founding member of Palisade Energy, LLC, and enjoys spending his free time with his wife, raising their three daughters in the Colorado foothills.

Jay began his career in oil and gas finance and public accounting in 2002.  He has held various positions within both public and private companies while specializing in operated and non-operated oil and gas assets.  Jay is a founding member of Palisade Energy, LLC and resides in Fraser, CO with his wife and two sons.

Education: Ohio State University, B.S. 2002; CPA

Rick began his career in the oil and gas industry in 2006.   He has held various position at both public and private operating companies, developing an expertise in oil and gas land matters across various unconventional basins.  Rick is a founding member of Palisade Energy, LLC, and resides in Louisville, Colorado, with his wife and three kids.
