About Us

Palisade is funded with capital from management and our partner, Delta Constructors LLC, with the primary objective of developing oil and gas assets to maximize value for all stakeholders with a long term and sustainable vision in mind. 

Palisade owns a meaningful asset base comprised of oil and gas leases, minerals, wellbores and production throughout the western United States. We remain active in the acquisition of oil and gas assets through a combination of grass-roots efforts and joint-venture development and delineation programs. Palisade participates alongside private and public operating companies in the responsible development of oil and gas and prides itself as a value-add partner in all phases of the exploration, development, and asset management cycle.

Palisade believes in the principles of good stewardship, trust, and common courtesy in its business dealings with landowners, governmental agencies, and industry peers. Palisade strives to be a community steward by donating time and resources to first responders, coaching and sponsoring youth activities, and giving to other philanthropic causes in our local communities.
